My name is Deborah MacEwen and I am a Professional Fine Arts Photographer specializing in Wall Art & Home Décor.

My greatest joys in life are my family, friends and sharing my art with others!

Life is such a journey and I am always looking forward to the next adventure! It doesn’t matter if I’m travelling to a new exotic location or exploring my big Canadian backyard, I always find inspirations and beauty everywhere!

Many of my images are created in camera and do not have much in the way of editing, but the way I truly have fun is experimenting and learning new techniques. Digital imaging allows me the freedom to play & I use Photoshop, Lightroom, Textures, plug-ins, etc. to enhance my creativity.

I am often asked about my creative process and I am never fully sure how to answer since my process is much more emotional than technical. While editing I truly let the images tell their own story so my techniques are always changing & I never know what I will end up with! I get completely immersed while working with countless editing combinations until it all comes together in my mind’s eye.
